Our latest Team fc recruits tell us a little bit about themselves.
Ross – I have been part of Team fc for one year. Home is Alvaston – I previously worked as a machine operator for CNC machines, me and my girlfriend have a little baby boy.
My hobbies include Football, Golf and Beer tasting! Whilst I support the mighty blues – Chelsea.
Jack – I have been part of Team fc for four months, I previously worked for Avara foods as a dispatcher, I am very happy the way I have settled into Team fc, everyone is very friendly and helpful, my family come from Mozambique and I now live with my three older Sisters.
I enjoy Football, Basketball and Esports and support Glasgow Rangers.
Beth – I joined Team fc in 2025 after living in Lincoln for four and a half years studying Biomedical and Bioveterinary Science at the University of Lincoln. I began working in production for Team fc before being offered a position in the office. I am really enjoying my role and feel I am settling in well. I have a close family who I spend a lot of time with, as well as my lovely girlfriend Naomi. Outside of work, I spend most of my time playing football, walking my dogs and spending time with my friends. I am an avid Derby County fan!
Zac – I have been part of Team fc for one year and live in Derby.
Laura – I have been part of Team fc for exactly one year. I previously worked as a print finishing operator, where I operated various machinery, carried out quality checks, pack products and assist other operators.
I am very pleased at the way I have settled into Team fc, many of the skills I had learnt in my previous role were very helpful and transferable, helping me adapt to the Team fc systems and principles.
I live in a small village – Whitwick near Coalville. I am a single mum and have a teenage Son Robert. I like to read, watch nice movies and walk in the countryside. I love spending time with my Son and visiting friends. I also like to have some time for myself. I don’t really play any sport and I am not a big football fan.
Alfie – I started with fc cartons through an Agency and have now been part of Team fc for just over a year. I was a Landscape gardener, I would create a new Garden from un-kept spaces to a lovely garden just as the customer wanted.
Although my new role is very different to what I was used to, I have been welcomed into team fc and feel I have settled in well!
I grew up in Sandiacre, and now live in Long Eaton with my Mum and Step Dad. I am very close to all my family and we spend a lot of time together, I have been with my girlfriend for four years since I was fifteen.
I play a lot of Golf and also enjoy going Fishing. I have supported Nottingham Forest from a very young age, following in my Dads footsteps!
Daniel – I have been part of Team fc for three months.
Previously I worked for a furniture company in Long Eaton as a Quality control inspector. I have re-settled in really well, having previously been part of Team fc – it’s as if I never left.
I live in Long Eaton with my wife Jennifer and our two daughters Freya and Lily. Most of my time is taken up with the kids – which I really enjoy! In any spare time I like to run and drink lots of coffee!
I enjoy going to the Gym, running and supporting Nottingham Forest.
