Liam Cox our Operations Director and Jade Murray Quality & Systems Manager have successfully completed a three month online e-learning course, approved and validated by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.
Team fc are always looking at all aspects of the business and how things can be continually improved
Jade told us:
“My previous H&S experience has been through training in the work place over a number of years, by doing the course it has been a great refresher of things that I have previously gained knowledge of, as well as expanding my knowledge in area’s that can be brought into the business.
For example knowledge gained can help improve safety culture throughout the business which forms part of our continual improvement plan & objectives.
It is an easy to navigate course with a timeframe that can be adapted around working commitments – we completed the course across a three month period which included seven modules. The modular exercises throughout the course helps you apply it to your workplace.
