Team fc – First Aid Training Day

Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) – Level 3, took place on 7th January 2026 with Midlands First Aid Training.

This Six-hour course, which equips all First Aider’s with the knowledge and confidence to effectively administer First Aid, not only bringing all attendees to the safety standards recommended by the Health and Safety (first Aid) regulations 1981 but also holds the distinction of being a regulated qualification. The training encompasses a wide array of emergency scenarios, ensuring that, upon completion, all team fc attendees possess the requisite knowledge, skills, and confidence to administer First Aid.

Re-qualification of the course must take place every three years with annual refresher training completed in between.

Team fc had eight attendees with a nice mix of members with substantial experience to two of our newly qualified First Aid team:

Alfie one of our two newly qualified First Aider’s told us

“I thought the course presentation and explanations were very good, I fully understood the content and importance of the course.

I found it very interesting and informative and on completion, I left the course feeling confident that if a situation arose, I understand what action would be required.”
